Software User Agreement
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE SOFTWARE PURCHASE PROCESS ("THE SOFTWARE"). BY PURCHASING OUR PRODUCTS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS DESCRIBED BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT PURCHASE THE SOFTWARE.
License.
When you purchase any of our products designed for MT4 software, Namtech Group grants you 5 licenses to be used on accounts in the purchaser's name, which can be changed in the future in case the user changes account/broker. In case of not having 5 accounts, they can be specified in the future with no date limit. Our indicators and tools work on both real and demo accounts.
For its use it is essential that the user provides us with the name and number of the three MT4 accounts, to obtain these data accurately visit our Licensing Policies section. For the issuance of licenses it is not necessary to indicate the broker's server or account passwords, please do not send us this information under any circumstances.
Copy, transfer or modify software.
The Software contains material protected by copyright, therefore, if you purchase any of our products, you are accepting the following conditions:
✅ You may not allow simultaneous use of the Software unless each user has an applicable license.
✅ You may not allow other people to use the Software, except on the terms listed above.
✅ You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or display the Software in human-readable form.
✅ You may not modify, translate, rent, lease, distribute or loan the Software, and you may not sell the right to use the Software to others.
✅ You may not remove any proprietary notices or labels from the Software.
✅ You may not copy, transfer, transmit, sublicense or assign this license or the Software.
Refunds.
If you have purchased any of our products and have received at least one license for it, you will not be able to request a refund of your money. If, on the other hand, you have not yet received your license, you will be in time to request a refund by applying a fee for administrative procedures.
Guarantee.
All our products are guaranteed for 1 year from purchase, any defect must be notified before the end of the warranty period for proper correction. A default is understood to be any sustained situation that is not in accordance with the functions of the product. Our software has a high degree of precision, but in very unlikely situations there could be a particular situation where the indicator does not detect or act as expected, this should not be considered as a defect but rather a case outside the indicator's detection range, for which no corrective actions should be taken.
Limitation of liability.
In no event shall Namtech Group be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the software, the inability to use the software, or any defect in the software, including loss of profits. Namtech Group does not guarantee that the functions contained in the software will meet your requirements or will operate in the combination that you wish to select for use, that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error free. No oral or written statement by Namtech Group or a representative of Namtech Group will create a warranty or increase the scope of this warranty.
Additional services available for purchase.
Namtech Gruop offers additional services, we highlight two main types, on the one hand, the additional capacity for some elements to increase the limits as described above (for example, notifications) and, on the other, consulting / development / training services. Each service can be purchased by sending a request by email to support@namtechglobal.com, the price will be decided each time for each request by the sales team or by automatic rules based on the type of services and quantity of services purchased, the Discount coupon cannot be applied to this type of service.
Service Level Agreement.
SLA Namtech Gruop will use commercially reasonable efforts to license our products within 1 business days.
User data
At Namtech Group we treat your personal data solely and exclusively to manage the issuance of licenses, contracted plans and marketing of all our products by whatever means we deem appropriate.
